She began her recruiting career in the insurance sector and later spent six years at fast‑growing startups throughout the U.S., where she built and scaled high‑performance recruiting functions from the ground up. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2013. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She is also passionate about music, dance, and exploring new cultures and experiences around the world.
