As Chief Executive Officer of International Planning Alliance, LLC, David R. Alter, CLU brings more than twenty years of experience within the financial services industry. He is responsible for IPA’s accounting and technology departments. The Risk Management (property and casualty), Group Benefits, and Equities practice areas report to him. Additionally, he provides expert support to our professional agents in the areas of business agreements, executive benefits, high net worth individuals, and advanced uses of insurance.

Alter is licensed for life and health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and a registered securities principal.

He received his BS from Boston University School of Management, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a concentration in accounting. He has received his Chartered Life Underwriter designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

He is also a Registered Representative of Park Avenue Securities LLC.

Gerald J. Clericuzio, CLU, ChFC
Chairman

As Chairman, Mr. Clericuzio is responsible for all agency growth and development. In addition, he is the manager of IPA's brokerage operation. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, Mr. Clericuzio has received national recognition for building successful insurance practices.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Clericuzio has served as President of the local chapters of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Society of Financial Service Professionals. He has received numerous industry awards.

He is also a Registered Representative of Park Avenue Securities LLC.
